Responsible For
- Act as a key coordinator between business and IT, gathering requirements, coordinating system implementations, and facilitating testing by key users.
- Assist in developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Demonstrate motivation to achieve sales objectives and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Utilize selling technologies for networking, client engagement, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular market research.
- Propose sales and marketing strategies, and gather project requirements.
Job Nature
Educational Requirements
- Knowledge of the IT industry, mobile, and web apps.
- Customer support experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and email writing skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field with a degree/diploma in a computer engineering-related program.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
- Aggressive in sales strategies.
- Assist in generating new leads and business for the company.
- Be involved in the complete sales process, starting from requirement gathering.
- Increase business volume from existing clients through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Assist in managing prospects and clients throughout the project development lifecycle.
- Legal authorization to work in the current country is a mandatory requirement.
